Expressing “As Long As” with “zhǐyào”

只要你努力，就会进步。

Zhǐyào nǐ nǔlì, jiù huì jìnbù.

As long as you work hard, you will improve.

只要明天不下雨，我们就去爬山。

Zhǐyào míngtiān bú xiàyǔ, wǒmen jiù qù páshān.

As long as it does not rain tomorrow, we will go climbing.

只要有时间，我就去看你。

Zhǐyào yǒu shíjiān, wǒ jiù qù kàn nǐ.

As long as I have time, I will go see you.
