越来越……了 means “more and more...” or “becoming increasingly...”
The pattern
Subject + 越来越 + Adjective / Verb + 了
Example sentences

His Chinese is getting better and better.
天气越来越热了。
The weather is getting hotter and hotter.
我越来越喜欢这个城市了。
I like this city more and more.
