Expressing “Moreover” with “bìngqiě”
并且
How it works
并且 (bìngqiě) means “moreover,” “and also,” or “furthermore.” It is used to add another related point.
Compared with 而且 (érqiě), 并且 (bìngqiě) often sounds more formal.
